The Department of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Helpdesk system is the most effective way for faculty and staff to get support. From the Helpdesk homepage, log in with the same credentials used to access the Graded_School network and school computers.
Should staff or faculty need immediate assistance, they may call extension 767 (SOS) from any on-campus phone.
Students can get support by coming to ICT offices. Parents may receive assistance by stopping by or writing to ParentTechSupport@graded.br. Hours are 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
The ICT Department can be found in the old front office. Students, parents, faculty, and staff are welcome to visit ICT Knowledge Bar and to get assistance from our skilled staff.
